History

In 1978, the Köstlin company emerged from Großgalvanoplastik Albert Köstlin in Stuttgart and was re-founded as it exists today.

Since then, the graphic arts industry has fundamentally changed through the use of digital work processes. The change from labour- and material-intensive, artisanal reproduction processes to digital publishing was successfully managed in the mid-1980s and 1990s.
