Our printing forms are adapted and standardised to the respective printing environment and each individual motif. Depending on the requirements and machine conditions, the most efficient technologies are selected to enable an optimal printing result.
Köstlin produces all printing plate types in-house, such as the water washable Kodak NX Ultrawhich Proven Kodak Flexcel NXH or many other cliché materials with Full HD Flexo or the Esko Crystal XPS.
In this way, we always achieve the best technical solution for your requirement, taking all printing parameters into account.
With Kodak Flexcel NX, the possibilities of high-quality flexo printing can be exploited to the full and, thanks to customised digicap structures, can be adapted particularly well to the printing conditions.
A wide range of customised surface textures and technologies are available to achieve the best possible result for every requirement.
With the Kodak Flexcel NX Ultra, particularly efficient production of high-quality flexo plates is possible at a speed and stability that was previously unattainable.
The water-based complete solution is the VOC-free further development of the well-known Kodak NX quality in order to specifically reduce solvent consumption at Köstlin and to produce in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
The combination of the Esko CDI and the XPS imaging unit offers the latest and open plate making workflow and enormous automation.

We use the latest technologies to produce our photopolymer sleeves for flexographic printing, which can also be produced with microcell screenings for better colour adhesion.
We can produce our sleeves up to a printing width of 1750 mm.
